Alt manpages

Man pages tell you every flag. These tell you what to actually do. 3995 short, task-first guides, one per command, file format and admin tool on a real Ubuntu box.

How these work

  • One job per guide. Each one walks a real task in numbered steps you can jump between.
  • Checkpoints as you go. Green boxes tell you what you should be seeing; red ones flag anything risky.
  • Done means. Every guide ends with a checklist, so you know when to stop.
